Blaise Manga Enuh

Blaise Manga Enuh is a computational biologist with over four years of experience in applying bioinformatics, machine learning, and genomics to understand and improve microbial metabolism and bioproduction. He is currently a staff research associate at Great Lakes Bioenergy Research Center (GLBRC) and a postdoctoral research associate at University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he conducts genomics and metagenomics analysis and experiments with genome-scale metabolic network models.

He has contributed to multiple publications and projects on topics such as extremophilic microbes, bacterial membrane vesicles, probiotic development, wastewater treatment plants, microbial metabolic engineering pipelines for rhamnolipids, bioplastics, bioenergy, and COVID-19. He is proficient in Python, R, SQL, BASH, and various bioinformatics tools and platforms. He is also a skilled science communicator and writer, having produced high-quality articles for AZoNetwork, a leading STEM content provider. He is passionate about using his skills and knowledge to solve real-world problems and advance scientific discovery.
