Bismark Aha

Dr Bismark Aha is Senior Lecturer in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University. His research spans housing economics, mortgage finance and commercial property markets. He uses micro and macro econometric methods to examine housing and real estate markets, with particular attention to institutions, finance and market structures in Ghana and the United Kingdom. He holds a PhD in Real Estate from Birmingham City University, an MSc in Environment and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc in Land Economy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
