Biruk Terrefe

Biruk Terrefe is a lecturer & postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bayreuth and a research associate at the University of Oxford’s African Studies Centre. His interdisciplinary work lies at the intersection of political science, development studies and geography, with a focus on how infrastructure projects and urban spaces relate to the politics of statecraft in Africa.
