Bethany is a PhD candidate at Aberystwyth University. Prior to this she completed a MSc in Behaviour Change and a BSc in Psychology, also at Aberystwyth University. Her research combines human geography, psychology and sociology to explore motivations to eat meat and the role of meat in culture. Bethany’s research focuses on how to reduce meat consumption on a population-wide level by applying behavioural science.
