Benoit Meyssignac

Benoit Meyssignac develops and analyses satellite altimetry and space gravimetry observations to tackle fundamental climate science questions.

He is particularly interested in using high precision measurement from geodetic techniques (radar altimetry, space gravimetry) to improve our understanding of the Earth energy-water cycle. This includes the measurement of temporal changes of sea level, Earth gravity field and global mass redistributions among the surface fluid envelopes of Earth (ocean, atmosphere, land and cryosphere).
