Je suis chercheur postdoctoral conjoint au Réseau francophone international en conseil scientifique (RFICS) et au Centre de recherche sur la science et la technologie (CIRST), sous la supervision du professeur François Claveau. Je travaille également en tant que chercheur postdoctoral au sein du projet ENDURE, sous la supervision du professeur Philippe Bourbeau. Je me spécialise en politiques publiques et en administration publique. Dans mes recherches, je m’intéresse à l’intégration de la science dans les politiques publiques, l’organisation et l’institutionnalisation du conseil scientifique, les réseaux d’experts, ainsi que les politiques de santé et de gestion des pandémies. J’accorde une attention particulière à la relation entre incertitude, cognition, émotions et utilisation de la science et des preuves scientifiques dans les politiques publiques. J’utilise des méthodes mixtes qualitatives et quantitatives avec un intérêt particulier pour les techniques de traitement automatique du langage naturel (TALN) que je m’efforce de développer.

I am a postdoctoral fellow jointly affiliated with the Réseau francophone international en conseil scientifique (RFICS) and the Centre de recherche sur la science et la technologie (CIRST), under the supervision of Professor François Claveau. Additionally, I serve as a postdoctoral researcher within the ENDURE project, under the supervision of Professor Philippe Bourbeau. My research interests lies in public policy and public administration. I focus on the integration of science into public policy, the organization and institutionalization of scientific adivce and advisory systems, expert networks, as well as pandemic policies. I pay particular attention to the relationship between uncertainty, cognition, emotions, and the use of science and scientific evidence in policymaking. I employ mixed methods, both qualitative and quantitative, with a particular interest in natural language processing (NLP) techniques, which I am actively working to develop further.
