Antoine Bisson

Mr. Antoine Bisson is a Senior Lecturer at Torrens University Australia, working within the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School. Antoine has over 15 years of hotel industry and academic experience combined, having worked in France, China and Australia – and taught in France and Australia. His current role as Course Coordinator saw him leading the review of the Master of International Hotel Management and associated degree. Antoine’s research focuses on hospitality education, revenue management, and migrant experiences within hospitality.
