I am a Senior Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Staffordshire University.
I completed my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Sport and Exercise Psychology (BPS accredited) at Staffordshire university and Loughborough university, respectively. I completed my PhD entitled “The role of social identity leadership in psychophysiological responses to stress” in 2020. The PhD aimed to identify how leadership (in a variety of domains) affects a group members approach to stressful situations.
