I completed my PhD on Protestant missionary societies, focusing on the visual material they produced and how it shaped colonial knowledge about southern Africa. I am currently working at the Museum of the University of Tübingen (MUT), where I coordinate the section for provenance and collection research, concentrating on colonial-era collections, their acquisition histories, and the ethical responsibilities of museums. My current work is primarily concerned with provenance methodologies, collection histories, and institutional practices
