Annette Koenders is senior lecturer at Edith Cowan University where she teaches introductory biology, cellular and molecular biology and animal physiology.
Her research focuses on the influence of water physiochemistry on freshwater invertebrates, biogeography of Australian freshwater crayfish, DNA barcoding and molecular evolution and population genetics. She has been involved in national and international projects on these topics.
