Annelies Mortier

I am currently a UKRI Future Leader Fellow and Associate Professor at the University of Birmingham. As part of the Harps-N Collaboration, the Plato Consortium, and the Poet Science Team, I work on several projects related to exoplanets and their host stars, determining stellar parameters and chemical abundances, battling and understanding stellar activity, characterising planets via radial velocities, and studying the Sun-as-a-star. When I am not playing with the stars or Sun on my computer, I go observe them in La Palma or Chile.
