Dr Anna Joyce is a Chartered Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia Practitioner. She has an academic background in cognitive neuropsychology and has been researching sleep for over 15 years, including in neurodivergent conditions such as Autism and ADHD. She is interested in the impact of sleep problems on cognition, behaviour, and mental health, and how, if we can optimise sleep, we can perform at our best during the day. She also holds an academic position as an Assistant Professor at Regent's University London, where she researches sleep and teaches Psychology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is Director of Programmes for Psychology, and lead for Psychology Research Ethics.
Anna is a also an honorary lecturer at UCL and has previously held research and clinical roles at Coventry University and Evelina London, St Thomas’ Hospital.
