Angela Mattie

Angela Mattie, JD, MPH is Professor in the Schools of Business and Medicine at Quinnipiac University. She teaches courses in law, policy, compliance, and quality and serves as the business law coordinator.

Professor Mattie serves on several boards including the CT-chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives,Trinity Health of New England's board quality & safety committee, and AcademyHealth Policy Committee.

Prior to joining Quinnipiac, Professor Mattie had 20 years’ experience in leadership positions in acute and managed care. Angela was also selected for the competitive Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellowship and served as a health policy fellow for the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee.

Angela received her MPH degree from Yale, a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at the UCONN’s School of Law, and an undergraduate degree, from Quinnipiac University.
