I have a PhD in exercise physiology which focused on the metabolic responses to endurance exercise. My broad research interests are concerned with aspects of human performance. More specifically I am interested in the acute factors that affect sport and exercise performance, such as nutritional intake, exposure to different environmental conditions and other factors that may limit or enhance performance.
