Andrew Willcocks is a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and formerly practised as a solicitor in Sydney before working with the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Canberra and the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. He is presently based in Paris and consults in the area of public international law and trade policy.
Andrew’s research interests focus on the tensions between international and domestic regulatory frameworks, particularly those relating to the movement of people and goods across national borders.
Andrew is also holds a PhD from the Australian National University, having conducted his research with the Centre for European Studies. He is also an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK).
