My teaching and research interests relate to exercise interventions that improve cardiometabolic health in people living with long term conditions. I lead the MSc Clinical Exercise Physiology course at the University of Portsmouth and lead the professional development of the Clinical Exercise Physiology students in our School of Psychology, Sport and Health Science.
