Anastasia Sergeeva

I am a Senior Lecturer in the University of Bath. My research centres on entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as human and AI reasoning. I conduct research at the intersection of entrepreneurship, strategy, and Organisation Theory. I am particularly interested in an interpretative understanding of entrepreneurial reasoning and value-laden aspects of innovating and organising. My research is philosophically undergirded by American Pragmatism, which I also draw on in my work on theorising in management studies.
