Amy L. Kenworthy (Ph.D. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) has been a service-learning and community engagement practitioner, author and consultant for over 30 years. She is the Chair of the international Research in Management Learning and Education (RMLE) Unconference and was the Founding Director of the Bond University Centre for Applied Research in Learning, Engagement, Andragogy & Pedagogy (now the Office of Learning and Teaching at Bond). She has served as guest editor for special issues on service-learning in the Academy of Management Learning & Education, the International Journal of Case Method Research & Application, the Journal of Management Education and the International Journal of Organizational Analysis. She has published numerous articles in leading academic journals including the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Business Ethics, Organization, the Journal of Management Education, and the Journal of Management Inquiry. Dr. Kenworthy has edited two books related to engagement and teaching innovation and has won teaching awards at the university, national and international levels including the Australian Learning and Teaching Council's Award for Teaching Excellence and three of their Citations for Outstanding Contribution to Learning and Teaching. She is internationally regarded as one of the world’s leading experts in the domain of service-learning and community engagement in management education.
