I have a BSc in Agriculture with focus on soil science and agro-ecosystems relationships. This included but not limited to the role of human in the ecology and biomass production within land use planning and policy.

Then I got my MSc in soil and land evaluation with a research on integrated land evaluation based on three factors: socio-economic, biophysical and eco-environmental factors affecting land use.

My PhD research was focused on developing and evaluating digital tools (spectroscopy, digital three-dimensional mapping and geostatistics, Geographic Information System) for sustainable land use and soil management.

After my PhD, I worked as a soil scientist (pedologist) in a research institute in the UK for one year. Now I am working as a researcher at the University of Sydney, focusing on various dimensions of soil security. It includes studies on quantitative methods for a calculable approach for securing Australian soils.
