Aliyu Ibrahim Nagidi

My background is in Mechanial Engineering and I am currently a PhD student at the Energy and Environment Research Institute, University of Hull. My research focuses on climate mitigation technologies, particularly the integration of renewables and carbon dioxide removal systems. Using tools such as life cycle assessment and technoeconomic analysis, I explore the environmental and economic aspects of energy systems in relation to how they can contribute towards achieving climate goals. My research interest include renewables, direct air capture and energy systems modelling.
