I have a PhD in Psychology, and I investigate how parents navigate the intersection of work and family, including experiences of flexible working arrangements, parental leave, and caregiving. My research focuses on the evolving nature of father engagement, fathering practices, and fathering identities, while examining the implications of these changing family dynamics for workplace equity, gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.
