Alice is a Senior Economic Analyst at City-REDI and is currently seconded for 50% of her time to the Centre for Local Economic Strategies (CLES), with in depth analytical skills drawn from experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research.

Alice is currently leading on the Inclusive and Sustainable Local Economic Performance theme under the Local Policy Innovation Partnership (LPIP) programme. Leading on projects to help develop capacity and capability in place, focusing on how universities can provide greater support to local and regional policy makers.

Alice also currently co-leads on the development of business cases at City-REDI as a business case practitioner, working with partners to develop business cases for funding opportunities. Working with partners to develop business cases when developing project and/or programmes. Focusing and supporting largely on the development of the strategic and economic cases.

Alice has a BA in Economics and a MA in Criminology and has experience of working in the public, private and academic sectors. The main body of Alice's work centres round inclusive and sustainable economic development in place and the development of quantitative methodologies to measure economic impact at a place-based level.
