Dr Alexandra Sinclair is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Sydney Law School. She has a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science where her doctorate examined the application of English judicial review doctrines to automated decision-making in the British state. Alexandra has an LLB (hons)/BA with first class honours from Victoria University of Wellington and an LLM with honours from Columbia Law School where she studied as a Fulbright Scholar.
