- Assistant Professor of Philosophy, University of Richmond
Currently, I am assistant professor of philosophy at the University of Richmond. After completing my Ph.D. at Johns Hopkins in 2020, I worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Princeton University in the University Center for Human Values (2020-2023). I then took up a position as a research associate at the Institute for Advanced Study (2023-2025).
My first book appeared with Oxford University Press in September 2025, which is the first monograph-length study by a single author devoted to Kant's doctrine of the highest good. I have published in many peer-reviewed journals, such as *The British Journal for the History of Philosophy*, as well as *Inquiry*.
I also have published for popular audiences in venues such as *Aeon*, and *The Immanent Frame*.
