Alex Roberts is the Talent Identification and Development Lead at the Queensland Academy of Sport, where she leads the team responsible for the YouFor2032 Talent Search. YouFor2032 is the largest talent search in Queensland history, and is currently the largest multi-sport talent search in the world.

Alex is also an adjunct lecturer in Sport and Exercise Science (Sport Coaching) at La Trobe University, Melbourne.

Alex is an active researcher and is supervising multiple research students in the areas of talent identification, talent development, skill acquisition, coaching science, and female athletes.
