Alex Green teaches at Harvard Kennedy School and is the author of the forthcoming book "A Perfect Turmoil: Walter E. Fernald and the Struggle to Care for America's Disabled." He is a visiting fellow at the Harvard Law School Project on Disability, a senior fellow at the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, and a visiting scholar at the Brandeis University Lurie Institute for Disability Policy.
