I'm a transdisciplinary academic, specialising as a Higher Education teaching professional. I broadly focus my work through the lens of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), with a passion for growing intellectual and radical thought leadership for transformation.

The majority of my experience is built through my role as Associate Professor in the Division of Global Sustainable Development (GSD), University of Warwick. Here I facilitated design of the innovative and transdisciplinary MA.Sc in Global Sustainable Development, with a personal specialisation in "Leading Transformation in the Anthropocene".

In recent years I have invested in disseminating my educational practices through publications, but maintain my subject scholarship, using research-led teaching to support research work in the variety of areas. I am the Chair of Teaching and Learning for the independent Community for Alternative Thought, Action and Learning.

As an active and visible Trade Unionist, I have always contributed directly to processes of empowerment and positive social change with University operation and industrial relationships.
