Dr Áine Aventin is a Lecturer in Sexual and Reproductive Health at Queen’s University Belfast (QUB). She is based at the School of Nursing and Midwifery QUB and a member of the QUB Centre for Evidence and Social Innovation (CESI).
Áine is a social psychologist and social research methodologist. She specialises in the development, evaluation and implementation of complex behavioural interventions in health and education settings. Her research interests include gender inequalities in health and the use of digital media to improve mental health and sexual and reproductive health behaviours.
