- Doctoral candidate ANU, Australian National University
I am currently researching Aboriginal epistemologies of how to care from the Aboriginal deep past, and how they can push back against the normalised psychopathies inherent to colonialism.
I'm Noongar and Ngalia from Western Australia; my formative years spent growing up in the bush east of Perth and then in a closed BHP mining town in the Pilbara, but close to family at the nearby community of Jigalong.
My research interests are Aboriginal history, Indigenous knowledge and Indigenous research methodologies with a more specific interest in the psycholinguistic manipulations of power through colonialism, the normalization of psychopathy.
My views are naturally my own.
