Adriana Vargas Saenz

Adriana is a social psychology researcher who transitioned into industry. She currently works as a Lead Researcher at Atlassian, where she is dedicated to human-centered design and helping companies create outstanding customer experiences.

An Honorary Fellow at the University of Melbourne, her PhD research explored the connections between objectification, dehumanization, and violence against women. More broadly, her interests include how people think about and perceive others, and how these perceptions influence attitudes and behaviors.
