Adrian Azhar Wijanarko

Adrian Azhar Wijanarko is a seasoned professional with a strong academic and professional background in management, research, and public policy. He holds a Master’s degree in Management from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen PPM, Jakarta.
Currently, Adrian serves as the Director of Research at the Paramadina Public Policy Institute, a prominent think tank in Indonesia, where he leads strategic research initiatives. Previously, he was the Head of the Management Study Program at Universitas Paramadina, overseeing academic, research, and community service activities. His career also includes roles as a Managing Editor for the Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis Madani and as a Lecturer in Management at Universitas Paramadina, where he contributed to teaching and research for nearly a decade.
Adrian’s expertise spans organizational innovation, Generation Z behavior in HR management, consumer attitudes, public policy, and anti-corruption. He has also co-authored research publications, including a journal article analyzing higher education graduate outcomes.
