Dr. Kay is Assistant Professor of Management at the University of South Florida. His research interests include mindfulness at work, justice, trust, virtue ethics, and corporate social responsibility. Dr. Kay's research has been published in numerous academic journals such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Human Resource Management, Journal of Management Studies, The Leadership Quarterly, Academy of Management Learning and Education, Academy of Management Perspectives, the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, as well as in books by Routledge and Oxford University Press. His research has been reported in many popular press and industry publications such as The Conversation, The Financial Times, The Chicago Tribune, The Vancouver Sun, and Times Higher Education. Dr. Kay currently serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Vocational Behavior, and he is Associate Editor at the Journal of Business Research.
