Researching ultra high energy neutrinos with advisor Professor Albrecht Karle. Working with the Askaryan Radio Array (ARA), Radio Neutrino Observatory of Greenland (RNO-G), and IceCube Gen2-Radio to find neutrinos using the Askaryan radio technique. Using and maintaining custom simulation tool Python for Radio Experiments (PyREx) to simulate neutrino interactions in ice. Studies include: impacts of installing radio antennas alongside IceCube Gen2 optical modules, predicting the frequency of coincident events with ARA, estimating ARA performance with and without neutrino interaction products (secondaries), and the affect of centering antennas in boreholes. The last question inspired a hardware project where I helped design (with Solidworks) and fabricate antenna "spacers" that were deployed by RNO-G in the 2022 season. I also help manage ARA data, make ARA software packages portable with CVMFS, and regularly complete month-long operations shifts for one or two ARA detectors.
